Refund Policy

We want you to love your order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, with no need to send the item back.

Order never arrived: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Email us as soon as possible, since orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Change of mind: Because our items ship directly from our suppliers, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or items you no longer want.

Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it.
